product marketing & growth, where they meet.
i’m agustina. an experienced GTM and strategy leader, a marketing athlete who spikes where product marketing and growth meet. also a mom and a wife, based in the Bay Area.
this site began as a doc i sent to everyone i worked with or hired. it has since become this — mostly a way of connecting with interesting people, teams and companies.

how i lead
trust, above all — the product of follow-through and vulnerability, undermined by self-interest.
- i build teams that seek agency but stay accountable. agency is alignment on what success looks like, plus the freedom to decide how to get there.
- feedback is data. one point rarely means much; a collection of them forms a trend — that’s what i pay attention to.
- intellectual rigor isn’t proving everything with numbers. it’s knowing when to rely on art and when on science.
- deadlines matter, and i manage them openly. a quick acknowledgement goes a long way.
what i believe in
i bring every part of me to the work. authenticity gives others permission to do the same — and we’re at our most creative when we’re whole. the values i lead by:
commitment · belonging · intellectual curiosity · excellence · loyalty
